The first executive meeting of the BCE-NITP Alumni Association held on 29th March, 2009 at the residence of Er. Pradhan Jwala Prasad under his Presidentship.

1. Programme of Annual meet on 7th Feb. 2010.
Registration -9:30 AM onwards
Cricket match -10:00 AM to 12:45 PM
Family Entertainment & Jal Vihar -12:00 to 12:45 PM
Lunch Time -1:30 to 2:30 PM
General Body Meeting -2:30 to 4:00 PM
Cultural Programme -4:30 to 5:30 PM
2. BCE-NITP Alumni Benevolent Fund to be raised
3. Corpus Fund by BCE 54 batch for 4 medal for excellence in academic performance to student of NIT Patna.
NITP Alumni Association fund with separate Account number will be stayed.
Account number will be stayed.
Accounts to be given in General Body meeting.
This fund to be operated by the same member of the Body who are operating the main fund of the association. The final year's topper will get it in the next Alumni meet after his results are announced. The collected fund will be fixed for a time period so that it matures by the end of January, 2010. The interest will be used for the medals and the Principal fixed for 12 months to mature by January, 2011 and so on.
4. 1st Sunday of February each year will be fixed for BCE-NITP Alumni Meet. Hence next year in 2010 the Alumni Meet will be on 7th of February 2010.
5. The accounts will be audited each financial year (April-March) to be presented in the coming years Alumni Meet.
